Thank you for the follow up . I am guessing in the service industry , you would get more complaints than anything else. I understand that you cannot please everyone. I would like to express to you, the wonderful job Flint did. He was 100% professional , but at the same time , he was wonderful and friendly to work with . There were people with me that have several events at the Hilton , and they were very impressed with Flint. In general , I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for a job well done , and done on such short notice.
